Wedding Quotes With Butterflies

Chapter II: The University from within

The internship experience will be for everyone, a different matter according to the environment in which they decided to forge . In my case, since the university schedule, the exercise was beneficial on three levels.

First, writing weekly articles tremendously complex and extensive exercised my muscle writer. Second, kicking the faculties and departments helped me make contacts and meet people important to the functioning of the institution. Any journalist who writes for the weekly working there knows that the phone book bulges, especially in the "P" Professor.

The third part is the longest, the deepest and most transformative. Writing about the University reveals many truths about LIGHT. You closer to the protagonists. It makes you find answers to many questions. You proud. Frustrates you when you identify barriers that prevent people-and institution-progress.

But enough abstractions mention specific cases in which light write has made me face to face with the truth. Writing about the student councils (" Government goes to the political control of universities " published in Journal LIGHT # 408) could find closely with political discrimination rooted in our university. The state offered a large sum of resources for student government, but only for those left-wing movements.

Frustrating examples like this abound. On the other hand, also abound initiatives such as the one given in an extensive deep forum held by Law School, where teachers of the stature of Lolita Castro Aniyar discourse on what to them meant the structure of the Federal Government.

Writing about it ("Federal Council of Government points to a new configuration of power " published in Journal LIGHT # 409) I had before me a living example of the key role of the University for society, to promote discussion of issues whose understanding is essential for progress. A place where minds come divergent around the concepts vital to the nation and from a vision tolerant, allowing

Cases are also encouraging in the pattern of the day. As an example, a group of young art students who traveled to Germany to communicate through what they do best: artistic expression in all its forms. Notes of emotion in his voice to interview (for " Following the trail of Humboldt: Zulia and Germany meet at Art " published in Journal LIGHT # 423) said they had no small thing to transcend borders and view other sites. Undoubtedly, these type of stories that lighten the burden of day to day.
